By using AdExpert.io, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Contractual Relationship

An independent contractor relationship will be created between the clients and AdExpert.io, and neither party intends or implies a partnership or joint venture. A date of commencement of the services will be agreed upon by both parties, and charges will be applicable according to that date. A monthly report of performance services will be provided to the clients. Neither party may cancel or fully transfer the service responsibilities to another service vendor without prior notice of at least ten business days. AdExpert.io reserves the right to subcontract a third-party service provider for some tasks. A person not a party to the Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it.

Payment

Our services are subscription-based, prepaid at the beginning of each month, and operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Clients are obliged to pay the total chargeable amount before the commencement of services each month. If the clients do not pay the monthly invoice when it is due, AdExpert.io shall terminate the services immediately without the obligation to issue a 10-day prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing AdExpert.io with access to all necessary platforms required to perform the agreed-upon services. This includes, but is not limited to, verified accounts on social media platforms, Google Ads, and any other platforms necessary for service delivery. Failure to provide the required access may result in delays or inability to perform the services, for which AdExpert.io will not be held liable.

Liability

AdExpert.io acts solely as a technical service provider and publisher, facilitating the advertisement of content across social media and Google platforms using client-verified accounts. We are not responsible for the content of the advertisements provided by the clients. Clients acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy, and quality of any content they submit for advertising purposes.

Due to the nature of digital media, any content/information given by the clients to AdExpert.io for publication will be accessible by the public as soon as the publication is carried out. AdExpert.io will not be responsible for screening the material and will not be liable for any damages or losses of profit, goodwill, or any business asset due to the nature of the content being publicized.

Clients will defend, indemnify, and hold AdExpert.io harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to the services provided by AdExpert.io under this agreement. This includes, without limitation, claims made by third parties related to false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by the client, claims for patent, copyright, or trademark infringement, claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided, or any content submitted by the client for publication by AdExpert.io.

Waiver

If at any time during the term of a service contract we fail to insist upon the strict performance of any of your obligations under the service contract or any of these terms and conditions, this will not automatically free you from any obligations mentioned in the terms and conditions and will not constitute a waiver. Any waiver of terms and conditions will be valid only if it is communicated to you in writing.

Privacy Rights

Information such as name, email, contact number, and website URL that clients provide by filling out the contact form will be kept confidential and not exposed to a third party without prior consent. However, the information will be made privy to the employees of AdExpert.io. AdExpert.io will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. The transfer of data over the internet is inherently insecure, and any security in this regard cannot be guaranteed by AdExpert.io, although we use SSL-encrypted technology for any monetary transactions to ensure maximum security.
